Hi Mike,
We just received a testimonial through our web site from Tom in Chandler…..awesome stuff!
Called
last week on self closing hinges. You advised to take one along to
ensure the right size. Could not find so I contacted your company to
see if they could help. Jenny G. answered and advised to check Ace
Hardware which did not have and also gave me the number for Arizona
Door and Trim in Fountain Hills. Called them Thursday, talked to Mike
who said he was sure he would have in stock. Took the 40 min. drive Fri
a.m., met with Mike. He took my sample, went into his warehouse to
find. To his disappointment and mine he did not have. He said he could
order. I told him I had to take my wife to Mayo on Tuesday and could
pick up then. He said no problem he would have. Friday p.m. I was
working in the yard and I notice a black pick-up drive up. In it was
Mike from Arizona Door and Trim with my 2 hinges. CAN YOU BELIEVE
THAT?? Mike said he was in the area and stopped at his supplier to get
the hinges and bring to me. Rosie that is what I call SUPERIOR CUSTOMER
SERVICE!! If Arizona Door and Trim goes thru all that trouble for a
couple of hinges I cannot imagine the kind of service they would give
someone having hundreds or thousands of dollars work done on their
home. It is no wonder Arizona Door and Trim is on your list of
recommended contractors. Kudos to Mike at Arizona Door and Trim for
going way out of the way to giving SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND
SATISFACTION. I was going to call the show on Sat. to say this on air
but, you sounded pretty busy and it was a Pella day and did not know if
this would conflict with them.
